Twmpa Cycles frames have a warranty which entitles the original purchaser to a free repair or replacement within 5 years of purchase should there be any problem with the materials or workmanship on the frame. This covers faulty manufacturing, but not normal wear and tear. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the bike and it is not transferrable. We will inspect and make recommendations for repair or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

We want to keep you riding if your frame is damaged in a crash or accident, so we will offer a replacement at a significant discount from retail price. Proof of damage or return of the damaged frame may be required to qualify. Twmpa Cycles is unable to cover any return shipping costs that may occur.

Twmpa Cycles must be notified as soon as possible of a warranty claim and/or damage. Do not continue using the frame. Use of the frame will be considered negligence and void this warranty. If in doubt any damage has been done contact Twmpa Cycles immediately.​​

Finish: Paint and polyurethane varnish finishes have a warranty period of 2 years. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Our paint warranty does not cover damage caused to the frame or fork through frame protection tape or film removal.

Should any modifications be made to the frame during the warranty period, which includes fitting of non-standard components such as front fork or removal of the original paint coat for refurbishment, the warranty is void.

Shipping costs of a returned frame is a customer liability, but should the frame be accepted as a warranty claim you will be compensated on a case-by-case basis. Your statutory rights are not affected. Overseas customers will need to arrange delivery and postage at their own cost.

Minimum seatpost insertion is 100mm into the frame regardless of what it says is the minimum insertion on your seatpost.

Components: Bicycle components, such as wheels, gear, and braking systems, are not covered by this warranty; standard manufacturer warranties apply.

In no event shall Twmpa Cycles Limited be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise with respect to this product except as set forth herein.

This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights and other rights may vary between countries and from state to state.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage due to improper assembly or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the end user.

• Products that have been modified, neglected, used in competition or for commercial purposes, misused or abused, involved in accidents or anything other than normal use.

• Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics or appearance of the product.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Labour required to remove and/or refit and re-adjust the product within the bicycle assembly.

• Shipping or postage of the product in the event that return to Twmpa Cycles is required for inspection or replacement.
